Army E-Library Privacy Policy

Army E-Library is a digital reading and administration platform for authenticated users. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information for both the mobile app and admin portal.
2. Data we collect
We collect phone-number-based identity details used for sign-in, account identifiers, and usage metadata generated during normal app operation (book opens, active sessions, and usage activity).
3. How we use your data
We use personal and usage data to authenticate users, deliver personalized access, maintain app and admin operations, and monitor service quality and reliability.
4. Security and retention
Access is protected through Firebase Authentication and controlled Firestore/Storage permissions. We retain data for as long as required for service operations and legal compliance.
5. Your rights
You can request data access, correction, or deletion by contacting the administrator responsible for Army E-Library operations.
